P. J Warriors Basketball Team is a multi-cultural team, whose main purpose is to create youth opportunities to develop as an athlete and as a person part of a society.
The team has both Finnish and foreign young players. Project’s main purpose is to keep young people off the streets by offering them a safe environment to practice basketball and possibly to become professional athletes.
Since 2010 Warriors has played in the men’s league giving the older players who have left the junior team a chance to continue this beautiful sport.
Warriors is the life work of the American couch Chauncey Mcbride.
